Mobile Deposit in the Home State Bank App

With Mobile Deposit in the Home State Bank Mobile Secure app, you can deposit checks anytime using your smartphone's camera. It's a secure, convenient way to manage your banking on your schedule.

How Mobile Deposit Works

Making a Deposit Is Simple

Endorse the check with your signature and “Mobile Deposit Only HSB.”
Log in to the Home State Bank Mobile Secure app.
Select Deposit.
Choose the account for the deposit.
Enter the check amount.
Capture photos of the front and back of the check.
Confirm and submit your deposit.

You'll receive confirmation once your deposit is successfully submitted.

After You Deposit

Write “MOBILE DEPOSIT” on the front of the check.
Securely store the check for 90 days.
Destroy the check after the retention period.

Deposit Limits & Availability

One check per deposit
$2,000 per check limit
$5,000 total daily limit
Deposits submitted before 3:00 PM CT are typically processed within 1–2 business days

Funds availability may vary depending on account history and other factors.
